For the Cordial: Place every items in a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, take off the burner allowing it to cool down entirely. Pour into an sterilised bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquids in a large bottle, allow it to infuse for an hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.
For serving: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute to chill. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries and finish by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
